As many know I traded up to a Lariat with a 5.0 so I'll be selling my SuperChips Flashpaq for the EcoBoost! Any interest just pm me and we'll figure something out. I'll consider all offers

Is this tuner still forsale? If it is was it worth having it? Thanks

Yes I've still got it. I personally loved it. Got better mileage too (as long as I kept a light foot. It really woke up an already peppy motor. I will say if you don't like hearing the turbos or BPV its not for you, but I love those sounds and really miss running with it.

I was told that programmers void warrantee if they can prove its the reason for failure. Also when you put one on it records that you had it on your truck. Anyone I've talked to says its a waste of time chipping the ecoboost. Opinions?

There was some Act or law, in the U.S. at least, that safeguards your warranty even with the use of programmers and the like. And chipping an engine makes any engine better lol. You can never have too much HP and torque at your disposal IMO haha.

It depends on your dealer. Mine was ok with me having it. I always returned it to stock before service just in case they did any updates. A new one will run you $350 I'll take $200 + shipping which is probably $10-$15

I just read somewhere that i would have to pay 100$ to have it unlocked since it was already installed in your truck because of the vin lock for it to work in mine if I were to buy it.

That may be the case with other tuners, but SuperChips allows the tuner to be unlocked when the vehicle is put back to the stock tune. I've successfully loaded a tune on my bosses truck just to verify this and then put his back to stock to unlock the tuner.
