Well I wanna make it a mud truck and I have about 60 dollars to spend it already has a roll bar and lights on the roll bar got any ideas of how I could lift it I've heard hockey pucks work but I would thing they would break under tramendous force and I want it to be street legal

Hockey pucks are a terrible idea, those things would break and you'd be f***ed lol. You'd need a lot of them to make it high enough for mudding too. Save up a little more and you can get a decent lift kit for a few hundred bucks.

Yeah, keep it in 2wd and push the brake pedal lol. And yeah, go the safe legal way and save for a lift kit.

good on you for learning about trucks so young man. i never had the opportunity or the will when i was your age. just be responsible with it and over time you'll learn a lot. search through the threads here, there is a lot of information
