Anyone know how to fix this? Its been like this since I got the truck about a year and a half ago.

Did u try a junk yard? Other than that. U can try cleaning and scratching and use some new adhesive to try and repair. But I'd go fer a walk in the junk yard or there parts office. U might b able to find one real cheep. Other tha. That some good adhesive or hot glue.
