I have a 2010 F-150 with a 5.4 flex-fuel. Do anyone know the fuel pressure?

Did you check the owners manual? Might be in there. But hold on I'll see if I can find it.

Not too sure about this, but it should be around 25-30psi, that's the norm I believe, but you have the E85 engine correct, that is the Flex Fuel one. Just a friendly suggestion too, but next time post questions about engine stuff in the engine section, you'll probably get a faster/more accurate response. I hope this was of help however. Come back if you have anymore questions!

Ryan, your answer was spot on. Fuel pumps rarely put out minimal pressure...they either run or they dont. If you're getting ~30psi, you're good. If its like 10-15...thats a problem (which might not be a pump problem).
