2017 F150 rear park sensors

I have 2017 F150. Rear bumper contained(past tense) 4 ea sensors. I was rear ended, it ate the bumper and other body damage. I replaced the factory bumper with a very stout , better looking after market bumper. My questiion is: do I need to replace all four sensors in order to eliminate the "computer" warning system telling me the "rear park system is faulty"

My understanding is yes or you may be able to disable it through forscan.
