2001 f150

I have a 2001 f150 that i changed the steering column out and now won't start. changed the column back and still won' start and the theft light is blinking rapidly. any ideas?

Yeah you armed the Pats anti theft system. Your going to need to have your truck towed to the dealer or shop that can reflash the computer. Whenever you disconnect certain items, like your column, the chip key doesn't recognize the switch, and thinks your a burglar. A reflash will probably cost between $100.00 to $200.00 depending on shop.
