Wow. Age. Some spark plugs do have defects. I would just replace and go on if there are no issues after installation of new plugs

They are motorcraft the new ones
Went to autozone and bought a new one it running fine now

Pre ignition, pinging under load will wipe out a plug. The other possibility though slim, is something got sucked into the intake that hit that spark plug. As the other poster stated, if its running OK, let it be for now. Keep an ear on your engine when climbing grades, its also possible one of the cam phasers is acting up, advancing too far. Real common on 2004-2010 F150/ Expeditions. Keep your oil real clean, no more than 5k between changes. The lazy oil/filter changes kills the phasers quick.
