Throttle Body Spacer- USELESS on a fuel injected engine
Cold Air Intake- Will be lucky to give you 1-3rwhp, even then, it causes 5.4Ls to run excessively LEAN unless you have a programmer
Chip kit- Actually useful, but its better to get a handheld programmer which is tailored to your truck
MAF- Isn't going to help if you have stock intake mani. Remember: The air charge is only as fast as your slowest component. Whats the point of doubling the size of the MAF if its going to slow down with a stock intake mani???????

All in all, I would bet my next paycheck you wouldn't get but maybe 15rwhp with those mods. I would offer him about $150, and copy & paste my reasons above in the e-mail you send him

Yeah, maybe if you buy just the intake and chip, forget the sensor and throttle body spacer.
