Looking for opinions on cleaning my intake plenum. I've heard seafoam is good but i want some opinions

Does good . Don't hydro lock your motor ! I'd take it off try to clean it

Yes take it off to clean and Seafoam is ok, but everyone thinks it's the magic solution for everything, they use it all over theirs cars and trucks. It's not that wonderous IMO.

If you are going to remove it and you need something to soak/scrub the plenum in, yeah seafoam will do the trick. As far as shoving it down your engine- don't do it.

I had the plenum off recently to replace fuel injectors. I cleaned it with some carb cleaner but I don't think i got deep enough in it. It was pretty dirty. It's just such a pain with all the vacuum lines.
