Is your truck still under warranty?

The blend door could be stuck

What hvac set up ? Dual zone ? Electronic controls ? Manual controls ? Column shift ? Or center console ? Was it making any clicking noises before it went out ?

The blend door actuators going bad ( gears inside get stripped ) is a very common problem on these trucks . I replaced mine on my 2011 with only around 40k on the ODO!
