for some reason when i start my truck it idles and runs rough like sluggish but once i get up to speed it clears and no problems till i park and cut it off again idk what it is some one help

Well 02 sensor will do those sort of things to u. That's could b part of ur prob. A tune up always helps fer sure but. How many miles on ur coil packs?

Clear the code and re-scan it, and post back of what it is. Have you ever cleaned the IAC or your MAF?

The MAF (Mass air flow) sensor is located in your air intake. You will see wires connected to your intake at some point along the tube, that is where your sensor is. The actual sensor is inside the intake reading the amount of airflow to your engine. Just find the wires and you'll figure it out, pretty easy to get to and to clean if it's dirty.

Make sure you use MAF cleaner...ONLY! I know someone who used friggin Seafoam to clean his MAF and now his truck runs like ****.

Yeah, the f***tards at Autozone always try to sell me some different, and usually, unheard of brand of crap. It's annoying, they do it a lot with the Seafoam.
