Truck isnt in my position currently making payments on it till i have 2/3 paid off guy wants 1300 for it so slowly working on it only have 200 paid on it right now

Well. There ya go. Take out the helper springs. Till u need em. And throw em back in. They only take a few minutes to install

Would 4" coils in the front level it since it has a 2" lift in the rear? If not how big would i need to level it?

4" coil springs from procomp seem to be the cheapest springs available

I wouldn't call 2"blocks a lift lol. I would take out the 2" block. And see how u like it. Never been a fan of blocks. Hey. They work. But I'm not gonna lie to ya lol.

So id be better of removing the helper springs and blocks and getting a real leveling kit?

Not really wanting to lift it (means if have to get bigger tires to look right lol) if i can get away with it, just wanting to level it i remember how my old extended cab used to sit and if i remember correctly the are pretty level from stock anyways.
