Reset cam timing?

I just put new vct solenoids in my 2004 f150 5.4, and now im throwing p0345 camshaft position sensor A circuit (bank2). My obd2 scanner gives options of most reported fixes, and for this one it says to reset cam timing. Does this mean i need to replace all the timing chains and stuff?

Don’t see why that would cause that code unless you unplugged the cam sensor by accident
