P1000 code?

Ran a weekly check on my 2000 f150 4.2, and a code popped up p1000. No programming or anything. Completely stock truck, has 223,000 miles on it and still going. Only other codes its showing is evap pressure switch high, and also that intake runner control (plastic clip under intake is broke). But theyve been showing for a little while now. Any idea why it would be showing the p1000 code, and if so any fixes?
