I bought a 2013 Ford F 150 Used and I it looks like it is extremely level but I'm not sure if it's had a leveling kit installed. Can anyone tell me how I can tell if a leveling kit has been installed on a used Ford F-150?

Mind posting a picture of one of the coil springs? Look for a giant block above the spring. But as for the photo you posted? Yeah it looks like it has a leveling kit on it
