My 2015 F150 truck has MyFord touch screen. Upper right has compass. Antenna is GPS ready. It also has slot for SD card. How do I know if I can download GPS from SD card? SD card with GPS costs $150. It's non refundable. I don't want to waste my money. All I want to be sure it will work before I buy one.

Your truck does not have nav. So an SD card will do nothing

Why would you do that?!

You can get a better GPS for $200, and stick it to the windsheild. Or get a MUCH better stereo system and have GPS and the ability to play DVDs (and run Android/Apple apps) with an aftermarket deck for half of that $900. When it comes to electronics.....Ford (or ANY automaker) isn't even on page two of "the best".
