Driver's seat cushion?

Has anyone ever replace there driver's seat cushion?? The bolster for the seat bottom (left leg) is completely worn out/ flattened in my truck... Makes road trips/ long drives kinda uncomfortable. I can get the pad from Ford for $120. But I cant really find any detailed info about removal/ separation.
