Did my dealer sell me the wrong part??

I got a PCV for my ( brother's ) 2003 5.4 from my local ford dealer and I looked on Amazon and it says it's not the right part. It says EV-248 on the box. Is this the right part? It doesn't have the grommet. ( dealer thought it had the grommet already on it but when it arrived it didn't. So I had them order that. ) I'm confused. The dealer said its the right part but Amazon and rock auto says its not. ( it says it's for the 6.8 V10! As a member on the other F-150 Forum mentioned. And he's re building his 98 from the ground up! He is also one of the go to guys for questions so that is why I'm confused )

^^^ You mean your brothers 5.4 right ? They may have sold "YOU" the part, but it's going on your brothers truck .
