This pops up quite a bit and then it just suddenly goes away, I talked to Firestone and I said it would be 225 to run the diagnostics and replace it. Is that a good price or can I do it myself?

It is exactly what it says it is. By chance did u check your tires before u drove them? See if it needs air It may just need air. If it continues It may need to b replaced I don't think ford is that expensive tho.

Or it could be a bad TPMS sensor in one of the tires. You may want to make sure your tires are inflated properly, then if that doesn't resolve the issue you may have to calibrate/train the system. There should be a procedure in your owners manual if not goggle it or look on YouTube.

Update, I got it fixed, calibration issue
