Tune with Stock intake vs Tune with CAI

I have a 2010 f150 4.6L V8 3V and I'm wanting a tune but I want to know the HP and torque differences with a 93 performance tune with a stock intake and a 93 performance tune with a CAI. Thanks...

There's not really one answer to that question. It depends on what tuner you're using or what company makes your custom tunes. Once you decide that you'd have to ask them if they have that info available. Depends which CAI you use as well.

It's a nice unit for sure. I had a cortex a long time ago. As long as u are able to do custom tunes with why not. For about the same price u can use sct, Diablo sport and some bulldog ( witch is sct anyway). Good luck and let us know how u like it.

Both are lame.....Flames are where it's at.

IMO....Shelbys look better with a solid color. Their bodies have enough curves and doohickeys to keep it interesting. Stripes only detract from the body lines.

But....SS stripes have almost the same effect as flames......automagically ~10% more horsepower. Putting the word "Turbo" on anything will also make it faster.

Agreed , but how bout back glass stickers Drew ? I can never bring myself to put em on a new vehicle for some reason , but after a while I usually slap some on. I replace some after a while , and go periods with none also . Depends on my mood .

I didn't know. Now I do. IMO. I wouldn't make a tuner purchase unless u can have custom tunes. Everybody's stuff is different. I've made some bad purchases in the past. And will not again lol
