What are the torque numbers for the a arms to the knuckle and the frame? My brother is confused on it. And for those that don't know what kind of vehicle it's a 2003 F-150 5.4 4x4. He is confused on it beacause he doesn't know if the torque numbers are different. The Haynes manual says like 57 pound feet to the knuckle and that's kinda low IMO. Is it right? And is the torque the same on the frame and on the knuckle?

I need to change them before it ruins my tires or the balljoint breaks. Found em Haha. http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l536/adamsmith1136/3BC6C4B5-B163-4945-86B1-D17D1EA708C1_zpspn3osvnn.jpg (http://s1122.photobucket.com/user/adamsmith1136/media/3BC6C4B5-B163-4945-86B1-D17D1EA708C1_zpspn3osvnn.jpg.html) thinking about around 100 on the control arm ( c arm ) and 65 on the knuckle nut. Does that sound right? I think I'm going to rent a torque wrench tonight from autozone or someplace. If not where would be a good place to buy a good one from?

Found a torque wrench I can use. Along with a mechanic that will be there to help if we need it. ( hopefully after school today )

And it's stiffer and not bouncy ) http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l536/adamsmith1136/E377A5FA-FACC-4154-847F-80616EAD30B3_zpsdw2spein.jpg (http://s1122.photobucket.com/user/adamsmith1136/media/E377A5FA-FACC-4154-847F-80616EAD30B3_zpsdw2spein.jpg.html)
