Brake problems?

My cousin has a 2010 f150 xlt 4wd that he went to replace the brake pads and rotors and when you press the brakes he can't really stop like it should. The brake pedal goes to the floor like there is air in the lines but we've bled them 4 times but still going to the floor. Any ideas?

When you replaced the pads did you unbolt the brake line? If so maybe its leaking and sucking air. Or maybe a cracked line?
