My truck is only blowing hot air but the freon is still good also I started smelling something burning and we opend this plastic part below the radio and a/c control and there was some brown fluid

What year is the truck? And the fluid was inside the dash under the radio and A/C controls?

It might help if you post make, model, year, engine, etc. We can't guess...
We haven't used Freon since early 90s, man. R-143a is a type of refrigerant, but far from Freon.
All irregularities aside, can you post a picture? The only fluids around your dash should be the coolant lines for the heater core.

Check for a short somewhere. I have no idea what the liquid is, but if you smell something burnt and you know something isnt working, trace down the wire and find out
