Wanting to clean these up. What are they made of? (Polished aluminum, etc??) and what's the best way. I was gonna get those things you put on a drill motor and what's the best polish brand to use?

Pretty sure they are a steel rim with chrome. I'd try some mothers or we'll to see if it would clean them up.

Never argue with a Moron, they will just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

X2 if Mothers doesn't work try some chrome polish. I have good luck on my chrome bumpers with Turtle Wax Chrome Polish and Blue Magic Metal Polish that one is almost universal for a lot of metals.

Steel wheel with a chrome dip. Mothers. Or if they still make #7 chrome polish. Elbow grease is probably the best method. Should clean up great
