I'm a navi junkie on all my vehicles. I know my phone will provide same data, but I like it on the dash and a big screen. I'm new here and have never owned a oem ford navi unit. I'm contemplating purchasing a used or new oem navi/stereo for my 07 fx4. All my other vehicles are honda or Acura and I can't say enough good things about Hondas navigation system and software. Wondering what's the consensus on the Ford oem system (compatible with my model year) and a aftermarket unit. I've owned one AM navi/stereo and I was only moderately happy with its performance (map detail, map views, menu navigation...)versus my Hondas. Any advice is welcome.
