What is the latest consensus, are oil catch cans beneficial?

Can you use just one on the passengers side or do you need one of the drivers side as well?

On what kind of engine? Pretty effective on a lightning or a Harley with that eaton supercharger But something that's naturally aspirated I've never tried

Adding to this, way back when, when I was on the quest for better MPG's, I watched a video and a guy had one on a Silverado and it seemed to work pretty well for a N.A. engine. But Chevy's already have s***ty engines so that might be why it caught so much. But anyways, it will probably help a little bit, it can't hurt to keep you combustion chamber cleaner.
