How many miles on it? And what engine? Could be the throttle body is gummed up and isn't opening up enough to get enough air for WOT. Clean it and the MAF as well cause that could be an issue. Also you changed the COP's but what about spark plugs? And the air filter? Any CEL's?

Ok the. What about the rest of the stuff? Because they're all due to be done if they haven't been already.

If its misfiring then it's the spark plugs for sure. Change them, there's a how to in the How-To's sub forum of the F150 Technical forum on here. Also run some fuel system cleaner through the next tank to clean your injectors. I recommend Lucas

Usually with that many miles would be plugs . I'll start there. They do break at times if it's a 3v motor so be careful.

I'd definitely do the plugs and look at that air filter. When I got my Navigator it looked like it was used as a vacuum cleaner.

It's seen a good bit of TLC under my ownership so I can't just point at the filter and go "hey better MPGs!" but everything I've done, including swapping out the all terrains for eco all seasons, has gained about 3-4mpg on average. I'm actually doing BETTER than EPA estimates from back when it was new.

It's supposed to get 16 highway per fueleconomy.gov and I've seen as much as 18.9 on a trip to a wedding. When I first bought it, 14 was the best I could do.

Nice. My biggest improvement was getting those SilentArmors off. They are smooth & quiet but man do they ever suck up the fuel.

Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor. Smooth on the highway, good handling, grippy on and off road. Kevlar sidewall. "Mountain and Snowflake" rating. Beast of a tire for a P/LT metric. But heavy as f*ck and high rolling resistance.

Switched to Continental Cross Contact LX20s. Similarities in handling but low rolling resistance (Eco branded) and a normal everyday all-season.

Still have the SAs on matching OEM rims for winter/fun but the Continentals save me from going to the pump quite as much. Keeps a little more money in my pocket when I do the weddings. Especially since the closest ones are still an hour away and most are double that.
