I have an 06 5.4 the drivers side cat is bad, any recommendations for a new one , or wiring diagram for simulators? I was planning on just knocking all the crap out if the cat and using a simulator. Tired of my cel on. Any recommendations for better sound?

Ford had some issues with them. They extended the coverage to 80,000 but I'm beyond that.

Any year limitation on that? And autoanything.com, guaranteed best prices, free shipping, plenty of reviews for feedback, and usually a sale for 15% off or so.

If the cat is failed, tricking the truck with dummy sensors or a tune isn't going to cut it. They plug up and cause restriction. You can gut it to pass visual inspection if you have echeck. Then tune it. Or just buy an off road h pipe and eliminate it.

How do you turn them off? You have to flash the PCM? I wanna do straight pipes from the manifolds back, no cats what so ever

Yes. U can gut them or remove them and tune the truck. Then u will be good to go. Makes the truck sound louder too.

Especially in Californistan where nothing is legal thanks to the tree huggers that will be the death of this state.

Actually a properly tuned truck will run just as clean without the cats.
