1. Once when no one was around I was curious about how fast it will go. It gets to the cut-out speed really fast. It is amazing.

2. It is really good that it cuts out. Saves stupid.

3. I get 22mpg on the freeway and 18 all around.

4. I know there are trade-offs, but I have never had condensation shudder and I don't worry about replacing turbos.

5. It applies to all f150's, but I like the way it is put together. My regular cab has tons of room too. I put in the back-up camera, a roll-up tonneau and a bumper step from Amp. No. 1 vehicle.

Thats great to hear, and yes the 5.0 is a great engine. Lots of power and pretty great economy too.

I love it. I guess I'm just over the whole 5.4-4.6 generation so bad that I was very eager to upgrade. Even in my Shelby. Big power and plenty of go. Just wished it was a 5.0 and I ain't knocking the twins. Have a pair fer a few more weeks anyway. The ecoboost motor done up with all the goodies is rippin fast. In my case. I need two more cylinders. Tt on v8. :) happy 5.0 owner that's fer sure

With the 2015 being 700lbs lighter I'm sure it'll be even faster and have better acceleration for sure.

Seriously though, I really like the name 5pointSlow because the truck is so fast stock and so reliable. I don't want to get into an egoboost thing comparison. I am coming up on 30k miles and remain very impressed. My 95 5.0 is parked out front and a great truck, but 170hp with the same displacement. The 13 growls so nice.

Put an exhaust on it and let it roar lol, they sound great with the exhaust done up nicely.

As much as i probably never will, what exhaust do you like and how much power do you think it adds? I do agree with you.

Well Flowmaster if you like loudness, that's my personal pick. But if you want a nice tone go with Magnaflow, Borla, or MBRP. Or if you really want to spend money, Roush. And it doesn't add all that much, well depending on what kind of system you get. A few extra ponies is about it, nothing really noticeable. But definitely better flow than stock, a better sound, an slightly more efficient (minimally noticeable though).

I am guessing and wondering that a tune would add more with better flow than a tune with stock, making both the real deal.

Yes it would and a tune is the best way to get more power of any mod except for forced induction.

This might be kind of lame, but I really like the stock sound. I'm just not very motivated to do anything more for performance.

That's fine, everyone has their own preferences, just making suggestions. But the 5.0 does sound pretty good even with the stock exhaust.

I appreciate and value your suggestions too. Thanks.
