5.4L 1998 Navigator = 2000 F-150?

Does anyone know if the 5.4L out of a 2000 F-150 can be a direct swap for the 5.4L out of a 1998 Navigator?

I'm pretty sure the main difference is 2 valves vs 3 valves but is that it? Any weird accessory/bolt/sensor changes?

I found an F-150 motor and I'm considering doing a rebuild BEFORE the Navigator just goes instead of scrambling around at the last minute.

Same block, but different intake manifold, 1 extra valve per cylinder, different air intake setups, and different ECU's too I believe. It will take a bit of work for the swap to work properly, but it's not impossible.
