For wheel low not working

Not trying to be funny but to put in 4 low the truck has to be in neutral for it to engage, just asking

That woulda been my guess... Making sure the transmission is in Neutral before you engage it. May I ask do what are doing that you need the 4 Low?

It was the solenoid lol it was $60 and it took me literally 5minutes to replace. Thanks guys

Well I dropped it off at my mechanic Sunday and he done a basic maintenance job and I told him what it was doing and what the codes were. and he done the maintenance and reset the computer. He called me cause I'm out if town and said it was done and it's running fine so I'll see how it goes.
