What is this?

Anyone know what this item is called? It has a hose that goes into the top of the motor and what appears to have some sort of valve with a green top.

What Is it in?

It mounts to the firewall just above and to the left if the brake booster.

It is not connected to the fuel rails

It's handles the fuel vapors from the fuel tank to the intake manifold. The green cap is the test port were the smoke machine is hooks up to to find leaks.

Is there any issues when replacing the item? One of the lines broke off and it obviously needs replacing. Hoping it is a "plug and play " kind of part.
