Cab/body mount bolt

Here is a crazy one. One of my cab mount bolts is installed threads down and appears to have no nut. The others are thread up... Looking at the threads it doesn't look like it has moved nor does it look "sloppy". I didn't exactly find it by accident either. When the truck bed is loaded, (say with several hundred lbs of dirt bikes), I hear a clunk that sounds like it is coming from that area and when I investigated I found this issue.

Not fer nothin. But did u check ur spare tire ? My buddy made me drive his truck over and over again cause he thought something was wrong. I found it in a few drives. Spare was loose lol.
