Post the actual code. I don't listen to what people say they are.

Well just from what I read so far, sounds like it could be a fuse, if it has one, faulty wire or bad sensor. So basically on the o2 sensors they have an internal heater, when you turn your key over it sends juice to the sensors to basically get them up to temp before the motor gets to operating temp, it said to first check for damaged wires, if no damage than to check to see if it's getting power to the sensor, if you complete both those and have no problem than it's the heater malfunctioning (inside the sensor). There's two sensors for bank 1 (left side cylinders) and bank 2 has two sensors (right side cylinders) both banks have an upstream sensor( before the cats) and a sensor in or after the cats. Basically the only thing the sensor will do when it's bad is lower your mpgs and a cel

If the sensors are bad will it also cause a misfire and your truck to not accelerate properly?

I believe a misfire is from a bad coil pack

No, the O2 sensors wouldn't cause that. It'll be either coil packs like Joe said, or spark plugs.
