Maybe it's your thermostat

Did you get mud in the rad? If so make sure you take a garden hose and just soak the s*** out of it. I've played this game before. Also make sure there's nothing in the fan that has it jammed, And make sure you have coolant. Then try checking your thermostat. I've wrecked every one of these things in the mud. Allegedly.

I done all that besides the fan and the thermostat. But where is the thermostat located at on the truck?

You checked the fan clutch? I would also check the gauge as well! 2007 F150 XLT FX2 SPORT - 5.4l 3V 3.73 LIMITED SLIP EDGE/EVOLUTION PROGRAMMER

The clutch connects the fan to the water pump
