Gentlemen, after several weeks/ months of doin research, I have decided to get rid of my F-150 and move up to an F-250. The mpg is sooo much more significant. I was payin $140 for a full tank of gas on my f150 for a 36 gallon tank and getting about 430 miles to empty (about 12.5 - 13mpg in town). I am now payin $70 to fill up on my F250 for a 23 gallon tank and gettin 440 miles to empty (16-17mpg in town). I will miss the f150 v8 rumble and its sleek design but won't miss the mpg. So long

Sorry to see you go, but glad to hear its just to another Ford vehicle. I'm guessing you upgraded to a diesel. Great choice and I hope you enjoy your new truck!

Awesome! I've been wondering about the 6.7, pretty good acceleration? Cause I know the 6.4 with the right mods could get like a 9-10sec 1/4 mile.

I will be completely honest. You hit the gas with in a split second it throws your head back and not exaggerated. And with in a few seconds you find yourself at 90mph.

That's what I thought, man if I had one I'd instantly get an intake and exhaust system and start looking for the best tune. Better MPG's and even more power lol. And that's pretty sweet, even towing you get better mpg than me lmao.

No joke though, trying to get across a median in road townin my trailer, I hit the pedal thinkin it was still my F150. I burnt some dang good rubber and kinda got out from under me (not just a little squak either). And that was with the 7, 500lbs behind me. Scared me at first cause trailer kinda bounced on me. But after that, she proved herself to me and earned the bad ass award.

I don't doubt it. And it's finally an In-house engine too, not some Navistar build.

I've seen one of those bumpers take on a telephone pole.... Fab Four 1 v. Telephone Pole 0

Absolutely insane no damage to the truck only a scratch to the bumper and a telephone pole in pieces. I was sold on their bumpers that day.

That 6.7 is an awesome motor, but so is the new 5.0. I am getting about the same mileage at you are, but much of mine is highway. I don't want to spoil your fun, but diesel costs more money, you have the additive to deal with and the maintenance is going to be more too. The best part of the diesel is towing and the engines live forever.
