How much different would my 2002 ford f150 fx4 look with a 3" rough country suspension lift? And would I be able to fit 285/75/17 under it?

You could fit those tires now. And it would look bangin!!!!

It would look much more aggressive IMO. And those tires would fit no problem with your lift.
