Ford f150 351w starting but dies when give give gas

My f150 351w dies when given gas we have put two fuel filters in cleaned the tank and cleared the lines but it still dies when give gas could it be the carb.

Have you checked the fuel pump? And is the carb clean or is it really grimey?
