Best programmer, and air intake to put on it? And how much horse and torque did it gain you?

air intake wont get you any gains

any programmer will get you about 30 rwhp and 60 rwtq

Livernois is supposed to give you 90 rwhp. As for intakes I'd say none. The stock intake works great. Even with aftermarket you can't tell any difference besides the sound. I've had my Eco for about 5 months and plan and getting stuff soon. I'm gonna go with a livernois tune and a heartthrob exhaust. Heartthrob claims to add 39 rwhp with no tune. I bet you'd be pushing 500 flywheel horsepower with both tune and exhaust. Just my .02. Let me know cause I wanna really let this truck eat!

Ie heard that about the cat back exhaust. I would like the extra power but don't like The sound of a v6 w/ exhaust on it. If there were a way to keep it quiet like the stock sound it would already be on there. I need to do more research on it to see if there is a way to do that

The heartthrob is a lot more mild sounding. Close to stock from what I can tell from YouTube.
