I bought an 01 f150 from original owner..he ran full synthetic its hole life..I forgot to ask so Ima ask you guys...what is full synthetic oil change interval Milage

It should be 5000 miles like every oil.

Ya you should run it every 5000 but I no with my jetta 2.0 I switched toa European synthetic and was able to run it to 10 000

It varies mostly on the oil filter. I know the new trucks are timed for 7500-10,000 mile oil changes on stock dyno oil. I run 5,000 miles on semi-synthetic. If the oil holds its color, you should be fine. I am at about 6,500 miles on my Motorcraft semi-synthetics and its still got a tinge of gold in it.
