slight noise coming from what sounds like my drivers side wheel

It only does this when I start driving (within the first mile). It sounds like a loose chain but I don't believe it's the engine because when I let off the gas it doesn't slow down or show any different noise. It usually does this for about 5 seconds. Anybody with any knowledge of anything like that give me your opinion. Thanks guys

Year make and model? Miles? Does sound like it could b a hub. 4x4?
