5.4L 3V Slow Starts, Rough Idle, Fuel Smell, Engine Codes

I知 having trouble figuring out an issue. About a week ago it starting running pretty rough but had no CEL.

That day I replaced the air filter, fuel filter, and removed the throttle body to clean it thoroughly. After putting everything back, truck would not start. It would crank for like 2 seconds then suddenly stop trying. Then would just click when I try to start.

Next day I got the codes read; P2196 (B1S1 O2 stuck rich), P0302 (misfire cylinder 2). Too easy... replaced the plug and coil and had battery tested (came out good). Figured the starter must have went bad. Replaced it, still no start.

Next day I removed the belt and manually cranked the engine by hand one full rotation (I thought maybe the engine had hydro-locked from the misfire). After that, engine cranked VERY weak and started after a while. It was pumping out white smoke from the exhaust (enough to cloud up my garage and the street I live on) and reeked of raw fuel.

Next day I performed an oil change and let it run for a good 30 minutes. It stopped smoking all together but still reeked of raw fuel and idled rough. I知 running g out of skills, knowledge, patience, and equipment to further diagnose.

I decided to take it to the dealership for diagnosis (horrible choice). I知 pretty sure they scanned for codes, googled the meaning, then made recommendations to just throw parts at it. They scanned codes P1000 (I think this was just a failure on their scanner), P0113 (IAT sensor high input), P2196 (B1S1 O2 stuck rich), and P2198 (B2S1 O2 stuck rich). Dealership recommended replacing MAF (since IAT sensor is integrated into the MAF) followed by both O2 sensors on B1 and B2.

That day I replaced MAF, no change. Yesterday I changed O2 sensors, no change. I had codes read a little bit ago and now only have the P2196 (B1S1 O2 stuck rich) and still idling rough and smelling like raw fuel.

I知 at my breaking point. I paid the dealership to literally do nothing (expecting them to run compression tests, test the injectors, states of the O2 sensors, etc.) and I can稚 keep throwing parts at it. I致e had no luck searching forums or anything to find solid lead. It does seem me to there is an issue with the air/fuel mixture... but where?!?!

I added a can of Seafoam to the gas tank yesterday because F@%k it, why not?!

Can anyone PLEASE provide some insight on what to do next here?!?! I知 really thinking it痴 a stuck injector or Bank 1 catalytic converter, but I have NO clue on what to test. Also I have limited tools to conduct real tests with. Really only a multimeter for any kind of further diagnosis.

    Thanks all.

Did you change the fuel purge valve , I recently had a similar issue and I even got fuel inlet error cause of this . As I found out if this vacuum doesn't work you get the fuel smell inside the cabin as well

So I知 pretty sure my issue is down to a bad catalytic converter. My bank 1 cat glows red inside and I知 quite confident that might be causing my rough idle. I値l be replacing it in about a week or so and will definitely post my results.

Any way I can test to see if the cat is actually causing my roughness? I知 not getting any codes or anything at this point.
