I checked the codes, p0153. Bank 2 Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor. I replaced the sensor, or at least I think it was the right one. Drivers side, right after motor? It ran fine for a little while, but the shake is back. Still havent gotten around to checking the intake for leaks. It's hard for me to exactly work on it as much as I want, because it's still my grandparent's truck.
Edit: Checked the codes today and the code is gone.

Okay! Finally got around to checking for a vacuum leak. Nothing. Every hose was intact, nothing leaked, and I sprayed carb cleaner everywhere where I saw a hose. NOW this really beats me. I'm going to be inheriting this truck in about a year, so I'm trying everything i can to fix it. I even cleaned out the IAC.
