Motorcraft and Motorcraft only, these engines are picky and you will get a misfire after about 20-30,000 miles with any other. And I have the 4.6 but I believe the Ford Part# for the 5.4 plugs are SP-515. Just go to Fordparts.com and enter you're vehicle there, that'll give you the part number for sure. Then go to Rockauto.com and buy them there because it'll be a lot cheaper.

Motorcraft is the ONLY way to go on the sparkplugs! The 04-06s are the SP-515 and the SP-509 I believe.
