Has anyone removed their emissions system from their truck and did u have any problems after?

When you mean "emission system" you talking about egr, air pump, etc..?

What year truck? Engine? Its won't hurt anything to remove it unless you have emissions testing. The inline 6 is a little more tricky than the rest because of the air lines for the smog pump but still not too bad. Fill me in on the details and we will get u there.
