    TFI to Duraspark conversion

    I know this subject has been beat to death here but I do have a question that I haven’t been able to find. I have an 85 F150 with 300 and put in a non-feedback carb, went with older distributor, got a duraspark module, coil, and a painless wiring system 30812 engine harness. I’m waiting on the harness to get here but my question is, what do I do with the computer that used to control the feedback carb? Just leave her be and ignore it or do I need to swap that as well?

    Used the Painless performance wiring kit and swapped everything out but can’t seem to get the vehicle to crank. Wondering if anyone has any ideas? Thought maybe a grounding issue so I grounded the starter solenoid direct and then replaced it for good measure and no progress. Tried jumping the solenoid and nothing. Battery is fully charged, wiring looks right, coil is getting 12v, solenoid been replaced and still no cranking. I’m at a loss
