    V8 swap, you'll only get so far with an inline

    Your 300 is a tourqe monster. V8 swap. Drop a 302 in it

    What do you want HP for? Torque is what moves you. And if you want to go fast, you'll need better brakes, suspension, etc. Easier to buy a V8 Mustang

    Thats all down to gearing and transmission. If you've got the M5OD-R2 like I have, enjoy it. 1st gear is a paltry 3.91, which gives you plenty of grunt to get things moving. Remember Newton's 1st Law: "Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it."
